sounds familiar indeed huh? today i witnessed a bus pack to the max like sardines, only to leave behind sighing workers unable to squeeze onto the vehicle. maybe they'll be late for work? maybe they wake up earlier in anticipation of such a situation? but to think once the bus moves, a stunning sight awaits your eyes, the back has space for another 10ppl. just nice for the ppl who've just resigned themselves to fate. how selfish can we get? standing as if the person beside has got the plague while others are squished in front kissing each others butts (in a crude but literal way). what is our society becoming today where each lives for himself and himself alone?
having missed my bus and being late for sch once, i know exactly how that feels. i'm sure everyone who takes public transport has. it's saddening to see morals degrade just like that when everyone of today aims to excel. sounds preachy but when you're in that pair of shoes, you see how you feel.
