breaking the barriers of silence.

life's been a mad rush in a theme park, dashing dangerously onto crazy rides only to come out and step onto another near-death kind of trap. but as the age old adage goes what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. i guess i likened this season of life to entering a theme park simply because everything i've done seems crazy in retrospect, not just cos i'm terrified of all those rides, but God was always like the safety belt of every ride.

the two phrases that struck me the most in through the 2 camps were:

Ahana Ohana. Leadership is a relationship.

it really justifies why it's just pure passion that keeps me going. and it really shows how love and care drives you to be a better leader.

be a Christian who happens to be a student and not a student who happens to be a Christian.

it struck me really hard and i finally realised the coincidence. there's really no way i can run away from and it just means that i've got to put in more effort to fulfil the purpose that i've been called for.

i know i am who i am because of whatever has become. doors have slammed shut, but doors have open. i've been shunned but have been embraced as well. i cherish all friendships simply because your friends love you for who you are, not for who you're not.

3 upcoming weddings, LV followed by AO's & Ade then Nick & Cher. i love weddings cos they're simply the sweetest events ever and every couple has a story to tell - testifying their love. i'm glad the box will be my second home for all three (: excites.
