the shoes you wished you'd never fill.

it's terribly sad to deal with unexpected losses. it doesn't matter that you hardly knew that someone. it just really cuts deep to know a life so fresh and young has vanished from the face of this earth just like that.

a friend of a friend is saddening, an acquaintance is heart breaking, a friend is gut-wrenchingly painful, and i don't even want to think about what happens when it's a close friend, much less family.

i grieve with the ones left behind, because i can only imagine the pain. please, i'll be there if you ever need. i'm just a buzz away.

no one deserves to deal with pain this way.
