a walk consists of two (simple) steps repeated over and over again.

"You never take more than two steps in walking, one leg forward then the other leg.
But do that again and again and you are walking."   - Ray C. Stedman

people say moving on is tough. really? it's pretty easy isn't it? one step at a time.. before you know it, you've moved a significant distance. that's how one drifts one.. and also how two gravitate towards the other.

walking is extremely therapeutic. two steps, repeated over and over again, one leg forward, then the other leg. it brings you distances your body could never imagine. you don't need a car, when you've got 2 "kahs". mental and physical fatigue often set in after a long day, but because my feet aren't working most of the day, they're wide awake when they actually hit the ground, all pumped up for a good walk.. to bring me distances my body would groan at the though of, except that the brain is too zonked to process the distance, and so the feet win, and gladly go the distance.

is this the path i wish to journey on? am i so blessed to be so happy wherever i am, that with each experience the thought "i really want to be here" bounces around in my head? i don't know where this path would lead, but i suppose my feet will take me on a jolly good walk, one leg forward and then the other, and before i know it, the journey will be done.

walking is man's best medicine
